Successful re-certification of INRO ET and certification of INRO ETMS

Once again we have been audited according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in order to continue to be available to our customers as a reliable, competent and quality-conscious partner.

This year, the TÜV Rheinland auditors were particularly interested in topics from the areas of human resources, purchasing, knowledge management and, of course, QM.

Orderliness, cleanliness, organization and space labeling in the logistics and production areas were praised.

The competence of our IT department in creating in-house solutions for everyday work at INRO by means of self-programmed tools was very well received by the auditors. The same applies to the audited sales and scheduling processes.

The auditing of the other departments also revealed no anomalies. Many newly aligned processes were rated as very good.
