How we welcome new employees to INRO

We want to create optimal conditions right from the start with our excellent onboarding process. New employees receive all the important information straight away and get to know the entire company. Here's a look at what your first few days with us might look like:

 

 

All further dates are noted in your personal induction plan. Of course, onboarding does not end after one morning. You will receive all the information you need for a good start at INRO in further training sessions. You will also get to know all the departments relevant to you. Regular feedback meetings are also an integral part of your induction to ensure that you have settled into the company and any unanswered questions are clarified.
