The INRO Techtalks

Reacting to current technology trends at an early stage and using them for your (own) progress: This has been what has distinguished us for over 30 years.

As one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany, innovation is not a product of chance for us, but a systematic approach.

That's why we also have the INRO Techtalks. Created from an interdisciplinary collaboration, departments such as IT and our testing and automation technology now meet regularly to discuss the latest and most exciting technology trends. This allows employees to exchange ideas openly, present ideas and, above all, learn from and with each other. The topics are not rigidly predetermined, but are flexible and range from programming languages to automation options to the use of AI.

This open communication across departmental boundaries enables us to constantly develop ourselves and continuously improve.
