Together we did it!

We are very proud to announce that we are among the top 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany.

The Top 100 Innovation Competition is the only competition that honours innovation management and its success of medium-sized companies in Germany. On the basis of a scientifically sound study with more than 100 criteria in five different categories, the companies are evaluated by the Top 100 jury.

This guiding principle has shaped our business activities for more than 30 years. This was the only way we were able to establish ourselves as a technology driver in Europe through many innovative solutions and by detecting substantial technology trends in the B2B business of electric vehicles at an early stage.

As an INRO, we live an open communication and error culture and pursue the strategy of internal knowledge management in order to secure expert knowledge in the long term and pass it on to the entire team. In addition to short decision-making processes, we work according to a "one-stop shop" philosophy, which gives us a high level of development and production expertise in order to be ahead of the big competitors on the market. According to the PARETO principle, we quickly take big steps towards our goals with manageable effort.

"Panta rhei" says the ancient Greek HERAKLITUS, defining constant change as a prerequisite for our further development. And it is only on this basis that we have been able to expand INRO into a B2C provider with its own products in the last 3 years through an incredible team effort with a new management team despite the Corona and allocation crisis.

From "hidden champion" to TOP brand even under difficult conditions. This has obviously also convinced the scientific advisory board of the TOP100 Innovator Jury, which voted us into the circle of the 100 most innovative companies in the German SME sector in our first application.

This makes us incredibly proud and confirms our goal of developing high-quality and innovative products in the middle of the Rhine/Main metropolitan region and producing them in series on site.
