Compact Power Electronics

The Dual Motion Control safety (DMCs) is a 2-axis controller for asynchronous and synchronous reluctance motors consisting of two independently operating working subsystems, each with its own output stage and its own computer. The compact controller also offers a large number of I/Os for reading in sensors and setpoint transmitters as well as for setting outputs and switching loads. This enables you to control all types of mobile machinery with two drives, such as: traction and pump drives or two traction drives, efficiently, reliably and safely.

  • Highly effi cient 2-axis power output stages with max. 18 kW per axis and recuperation function (energy recovery)

The Triple Motion Control safety (TMCs) compact controller is a 3-axis controller for asynchronous and reluctance motors consisting of three independently operating subsystems, each with its own output stage and its own computer. The compact controller also offers a large number of I/Os for reading in sensors and setpoint generators as well as for setting outputs and switching loads. This enables efficient, reliable and safe operation any type of mobile machines with three drives, such as: traction, steering and pump drives or two traction drives and a hydraulic unit.

The CAN bus enables you to operate all types of mobile machinery with up to three drives, such as: traction, steering and pump drives or two traction drives and a hydraulic unit, effi ciently, reliably and safely. By connecting two outputs in parallel, currents of up to 900 Aeff are possible for short periods.
